Uzbekistan companies take part in MIHAS-2023

With the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan, the country’s manufacturing companies are taking part in MIHAS-2023, which takes place on September 12-15 this year at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

Every year, about 1000 companies from more than 40 countries and 25 thousand people from more than 80 countries participate in the event. The current fair is attended by 549 companies from 43 countries and 16.5 thousand people from 64 countries.

The participants were informed in detail about Uzbekistan’s export potential, measures taken to bring domestic products to foreign markets, and international transport corridors used to reduce the cost of production.

The prospects of exporting Uzbekistan products to the Malaysian market and the implementation of investment projects of Malaysian manufacturing companies in Uzbekistan were discussed during the talks.

The Malaysian companies expressed interest in considering the possibility of implementing joint projects in Uzbekistan.
