The high-ranking UN representative gave a positive assessment of the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in urbanization, focusing on the sustainable development of smart and green cities, as well as creating a comfortable living environment for the population.

The importance of enhancing cooperation in implementing modern digital solutions for urban management, developing green building standards, and launching a special program for climate change adaptation in urban environments was emphasized.
