The Tashkent International Tourism Fair "Tourism on the Silk Road" - a large-scale event in the sphere of tourism is set to be held in the capital from 3 to 5 October. The event annually attracts a large number of participants. This year its geography has expanded: For the first time in its history, the fair will see United Kingdom among its participants.
According to the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development, this year the event will be attended by companies from the Kingdom of Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and other countries. Khorezm region, which annually receives thousands of tourists from all over the world, will be the region-partner of the fair. The whole range of tourist potential of the region will be presented in a single place. Much attention this year will be devoted to B2B meetings.
