It is planned to overhaul more than 135 km of automobile roads of international and national significance till the end of 2016 in Uzbekistan.
“More than 225 billion soums will be allocated for these purposes from the State budget. Besides, still another 53.6 billion soums will used for the repair of local highways,” noted the officials of the Republican Road Fund.
Apart from that the Republican Road Fund plans to assign 575 billion soums for the maintenance of all categories of automobile roads. This indicator has grown by 5.7 times over compared with the year 2011, when about 100 billion soums were allocated for these purposes.
Technical re-equipment of automobile workers will not be left without attention. 993 units of modern equipment have been planned to be purchased till the end of 2019.
