In the weight category up to 66 kg Judoka Rishod Sobirov won the second bronze medal (the first earned by Diyorbek Urozboyev) for Uzbekistan national team at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
At the stubborn struggle for third place Rishod defeated Slovenian Adrian Gomboc.
It is noteworthy that after the victory at the Rio R.Sobirov has become a three-time bronze medalist of the Olympic Games. At Rishod’s prize account there are bronze medals received at the Games in Beijing in 2008 and London in 2012.
