Uzbek boxer Murodjon Ahmadaliyev in weight category up to 56 kg has won the bronze medal of the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. In the semi-finals he lost to his experienced opponent from Cuba Robeisy Ramírez.
Recall that on the way to the bronze our compatriot defeated Kazakhstani Kairat Eraliev and Argentinian Alberto Meliani. In the finals scheduled for August 20, the rival of Rafael Ramirez will be US boxer Shakur Stevenson.
Thanks to the victory of M.Ahmadaliyev, today the number of medals in the account of our national team at the Olympics in Rio reaches to eight (two gold, one silver and five bronze medals).
