The leadership of the school, the attitude towards teachers, the organization of educational work will radically change, private schools will be allowed. The procedure for teaching the teachers other subjects in addition to their specialization will be canceled, as well as the assignment of the functions of the class teacher. Classroom leadership will only be assigned to “Upbringing” teachers.
