Information was provided about buildings under construction and conditions being created. Software products created with participation of students of specialized school named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi were demonstrated.

The Head of the state held a videoconference with children studying at IT Center in Karakalpakstan’s Bozatau district.

Responsible officials were instructed to ensure integration between Muhammad al-Khwarizmi School and Information Technology Schools in the regions, encourage young people to learn modern technologies and become professionals in their field.

The construction progress of the Technopark was considered.

Work on creation of modern complex began on November 20 last year. 17 buildings will be built in stages, including 20-25-storey office buildings, a 22-storey hotel, university, conference hall, coworking center and other facilities. Structures can withstand earthquakes with a magnitude higher than 9. An underground three-level parking lot will be built. The complex will also have cafes and restaurants, shops, a mosque, sports grounds and recreation areas.

The first two buildings of IT Park were commissioned. They have created advanced conditions, launched incubation and acceleration programs for promising startups. Enterprises registered as residents of IT Park are exempt from paying taxes and customs duties until January 1, 2028.
