Political parties are officially allowed to participate in the early Presidential election of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On May 15, 2023, the Central Election Commission allowed the following political parties to participate in the early Presidential elections of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which will be held on July 9 this year, in the order of priority of their applications:
1. The People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (resolution of the Central Election Commission № 1255);
2. The Movement of Entrepreneurs and Business People - the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (resolution of the Central Election Commission № 1256);
3. The Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Adolat (resolution of the Central Election Commission № 1257);
4. The Ecological Party Uzbekistan (resolution of the Central Election Commission № 1258);
5. The Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Milliy Tiklanish (resolution of the Central Election Commission № 1259).
The resolutions of the CEC on the issue will be posted on the website of the CEC, and information on political parties allowed to participate in the election will be published in the national press.
