Moscow hosted Uzbekistan-Russia political consultations

Moscow hosted political consultations between Foreign Ministries of Uzbekistan and Russia, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the delegations were headed by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.

The sides considered the preparation for the upcoming bilateral events, the state and prospects for interaction, primarily in the political, trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The delegations particular attention to the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of international and regional organizations, as well as to the expansion of the legal framework for bilateral cooperation.

The parties agreed to continue regular contacts between the Foreign Ministries to develop new initiatives and proposals aimed at deepening the relations of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance.
