On July 20, 2015 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Saleh Ahmad Al-Javarneh.
The Ambassador presented a copy of his credentials.
During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the prospects of development of the Uzbek-Jordanian relations.
The parties expressed mutual interest in deepening bilateral cooperation, strengthening ties within the framework of the UN, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international organizations.
The priority directions of expansion of mutually advantageous trade-economic and investment partnership were also discussed.
