Members of the National Kickboxing team of Uzbekistan won one gold and one bronze medals at the last world championships in the United States of America.
In Tashkent International Airport, our athletes were welcomed by the representatives of the Association of Amateur and Professional Kickboxing Uzbekistan, and media workers.
As a result of constant care and attention paid in our country to the development of sport, the rising young generation brought up as comprehensively developed personalities, they regularly engage in sports and enhance the credibility of our country in the international arena.
At the World Kickboxing Championship, held with participation of the strongest kickboxers from more than 30 countries, Ahmad Alimbekov in the competitions among fighters in weight category up to 86 kg beat all opponents and rose to the highest step of the podium. In the competitions among athletes in weight category up to 75 kg, Fazliddin Vakhobov won a bronze medal.
