In order to improve the quality of banking services and efficient service of export-import operations of "Uzpromstroybank" clients continues to work on expanding network of correspondents.
According to the bank, in April 2015 established correspondent relations with Japanese bank Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), that allows for rapid payments denominated in yen, on behalf of clients.
SMBC is one of the largest banks in Japan and a subsidiary of the holding company of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group Inc. The bank in terms of assets in Japan is second only to Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and 16 in the world.
