Today, managers at all levels are tasked to pay interest in the life and needs of the people, the practical situation on places, as well as to solve them.
The management of Insurance company Kafolat held a series of activities to provide practical assistance in solving important problems of the population by examining the situation on places.
The company’s management studied the activities of the offices in a number of districts of regions. They took appropriate measures to change the work style of managers and employees, to study the demand of population for types of insurance services, to improve the quality of insurance services by creating favorable conditions at insurance centers.
In accordance with the approved plan, the company plans to conduct visits to other remote areas of the country.
