On the pages of the popular Urdu language newspaper of Pakistan Daily Express renowned journalist Javed Chaudhry published regular article dedicated to Uzbekistan.
The author tells the story of the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of famous historical figures of our country, as well as features of the national Uzbek cuisine.
According to J.Chaudhri, culture and languages of the people of Uzbekistan and Pakistan are very close, as evidenced by the presence of a large number of similar words in Uzbek, Urdu, Pushtu, Punjabi, Beludji and Sindhi languages.
Particular attention is paid to the publication of promising directions of the Uzbek-Pakistani bilateral cooperation at the present stage. It is noted that there are great opportunities for expansion and development of comprehensive cooperation in areas such as tourism, energy, transport and communications, and others.
In conclusion Pakistani journalist shares his impressions about our country, kindness, sincerity and hospitality of the Uzbek people and encourages his countrymen to visit Uzbekistan and enrich their knowledge of its ancient and rich culture.
