BOOK ABOUT KHOREZMSHAHS PRESENTED IN BAKU

The National Museum of History of Azerbaijan hosted a presentation of the English edition of the monograph Azerbaijani scientist Z.Buniyatov "The state of Khorezmshahs-Anushtegenids".

It was attended by representatives of political, scientific and academic circles and mass media in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the translation and publication of the book into English was done by the International Institute for Central Asian Studies in Samarkand.

Speaking during the event, scientists were unanimous in the view that the emergence of the English-language book on the state of Khorezm will expand the boundaries of knowledge of the history of Central Asia, will open a large number of researchers and history lovers legacy of modern Uzbekistan.

Among the participants of the evening it was distributed special edition of socio-political magazine "Tarija shahsiyatlar" (Historical figures), dedicated to our country. The room contains detailed information about the modern life of the country, its achievements over the years of sovereign development and the state of Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations.

The event was widely covered by the Azerbaijani mass media, especially television channels AzTV, Lider, Hazar, ANS, and the news agencies Azertag, Salamnews, Heberservis, Matbuat.az, Citiynfo.az and Science.gov.az.
