Uzbek national model of education that meets the requirements of times and international standards, attracts interest abroad. This is largely due to the positive trend of growth of the Uzbek youth who successfully trained in high schools of the republic, as well as prestigious universities in Europe, Asia and America, winning in international Olympiads for schoolchildren and students.

An important role in informing the general public about the achievements of our country in the field of education and youth policy belongs to domestic and foreign media play, acquainting their audience with the results of ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan.

Recently the Azerbaijani electronic information-analytical portals published articles on this matter. They say that our country identifies as a priority the growth of investment in human capital, teaching of educated and intellectually developed generation, who is of important value and a decisive force in the achievement of democratic development, modernization and renewal, a stable and sustainable economic growth.

In particular, the news agency "Trend" reports that the basis for the creation of a harmonious system of continuous education of the modern type of Uzbekistan is two important laws - "On Education" and "On the National program for personnel training." This model is fully consistent with the principle of "personality - the state and society - continuous education - science - production".

In the analytical material special attention is paid to the innovative educational links chain - specialized secondary and vocational education and educational establishments of a new type, in which it is implemented - exactly, the academic lyceums and vocational colleges.

"Today in the republic 1556 educational institutions a new type, including 144 academic lyceums and 1412 professional colleges have been established, as well as 30 branches of vocational colleges in remote areas in the country, - says the" Trend ". - Young men and women have an opportunity not only to master along with general subjects but also to get skills of 2-3specialities which are in demand in the labor market, as well as the studying of one or more foreign languages."

The article reports that the country has implemented a national program of development of school education, providing radical renewal and capital reconstruction of buildings and infrastructure of secondary schools, equipping them with modern educational, laboratory and computer equipment, as well as providing highly qualified teaching staff.

So, it is noted that over the years of independence dozens of new universities have been established, their number in the country reached 58. In addition, there are 15 branches of the central universities of the republic and 7 branches of leading foreign educational institutions such as the University of Westminster, the Singapore Institute of Management, Turin Polytechnic University, Russian University of Oil and Gas, Moscow State University, Russian University of Economics, South Korea’s Inha University. It is emphasized that these university graduates receive diplomas recognized throughout the world.

As it is reported in an article the country has radically restructured the system of education management, revised the content of the educational process. At the same time, market of educational services is rapidly developing, social guarantees and state support, funding and material and technical provision of the sector are provided.

Special attention in the material is paid to the implementation of the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the "National Network of e-learning", in the framework of which it has been established a network based on fiber-optic communication lines, to which all universities of the country are connected. On the base of an electronic network regular video lectures, training seminars are held, it is organized courses of remote training of teaching and managerial personnel of higher education institutions.

Azerbaijani media also inform about the active development of international cooperation of Uzbekistan in the sphere of vocational education.

In conclusion, the Azerbaijani media summarize the results of large-scale reforms in education and training, the attention given to the country’s youth, clearly reflects in the successes and achievements of young Uzbeks, representing his homeland in the international arena - in the prestigious national and international competitions, Olympiads and sports competitions.
