ARTISTS FROM UZBEKISTAN AT INTERNATIONAL ARTS CENTER IN PARIS

The artist from Uzbekistan Inna Sandler spent 3 months (from April 3 to June 29) at the International Arts Center (Cité internationale des arts) in Paris, according to the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.

During her stay, she presented a series of "Dada" (Image of children’s wooden horse - horse of the carousel), which includes about 20 paintings. Personal exhibition of her works was held June 16, 2015 in Paris. In a short time, this exhibition will also be presented in Tashkent.

Note that another Uzbek artist Jamol Usmanov also spent three months this year in the International Arts Center in Paris.

Each year, a cultural institution in its 324 shops takes more than a thousand artists from 50 countries. With the support of the French Embassy and the French Institute in Paris, many Uzbek artists have used this opportunity. Last participants - Bobur Ismailov and Julia Drobova.
