30 MINUTES FOR REGISTRATION

The Ministry of Justice has hosted a press conference devoted to enhance the mechanisms for providing the state services to business entities.

It started with the news about registration of business people. Since the April of this year, they can apply to the automated system of state registration and recording of business entities on the Single Portal for Interactive Public Services (SPIPS). And now a citizen who wants to start his own business, bypassing the “Single window” Center, can register as an entrepreneur through the Internet. Only 30 minutes is enough for this.

The list of documents submitted for the registration for business entities by individuals was also reduced. Now it is enough to present an application for the registration and constituent documents that are not verified, that is, their inspection is not carried out. Individuals submit only an application for the registration process.

It is also important that in case of an appeal for registration through the Internet, only half of the state duty rate will be paid. This is done so that entrepreneurs in their activities use the information and communication technologies.

The certificates of state registration are not issued in paper form. They are in an automated system and can be printed by the entrepreneurs in the required quantity. The relevant authorities can also obtain this information through the system.

At the event, it was announced about innovations in the activities of the "Single window" centers. Through them, there is envisaged a phased implementation of the mechanism for processing additional 86 types of licenses and permits, 18 of which will be introduced in 2017, and the remaining 68 - during 2019-2020.
